Kimmer Satellite
Earth observation for exploration teams. ASTER and Sentinel-2 derived lithology indices, vegetation suppression, seasonal cloud-free composites, packaged as workflows, not as a thousand band-math knobs.
Lithology indices, without the GIS slog.
Pre-built workflows from the literature, parameterized for your AOI, so your geologists spend the day interpreting maps, not stitching scenes.
ASTER & Sentinel-2
L1T / L2A / L2 surface-reflectance scenes (ASTER, Sentinel-2, Landsat 8/9) with scene-level cloud-cover filtering. AOI-driven mosaicking, automatic best-scene selection per pixel.
Lithology indices
Iron oxide, AlOH, MgOH, carbonate, ferric/ferrous, published ratios pre-implemented and citation-tracked.
Vegetation suppression
NDVI- and biomass-driven masking so dryland indices aren't washed out by seasonal cover.
No scene wrangling
No terabytes of tiles to download and no scene managers to babysit. You queue a job over your AOI and get finished maps back.
Export pipeline
GeoTIFF (Cloud-Optimized) and Shapefile outputs straight into Kimmer Viewer or your existing GIS.
Seasonal cloud-free composites
Collapse a full date-and-season window of scenes into one clean median composite, with per-sensor cloud, snow, and vegetation masking, an interpretable map instead of hand-picking scenes.
Targeting at regional scale
Drop in an AOI shapefile, pick a workflow, hit run. Comes with starter parameter sets for common deposit types, built on canonical deposit models (provisional component weights, field calibration in progress): porphyry copper-gold, epithermal gold, skarn, VMS, lateritic nickel.
- One-click "exploration starter" workflows
- AOI-aware scene selection (cloud-cover, season, sensor)
- Transparent scene selection: every output traces back to the exact source scene you picked, with its date, cloud cover, and AOI coverage shown up front
- Anomaly extraction with automatic threshold suggestions
